Pacific Opera Project Presents: “La Boheme” AKA The Hipsters
In what has become a POP Los Angeles holiday tradition, an 1830s Parisian garret becomes a present day Los Angeles loft apartment during a particularly cold SoCal winter. Sung in Italian with “cleverly ironic” English titles, La Brew-hème is led by Music Director Zach Neufeld, and directed by POP Artistic Director Josh Shaw. The performances are a reprisal of their hipster production of Puccini's La bohème AKA La Brew-hème.
