Why I Rise Poetry Competition

LA-Based education nonprofit Get Lit is partnering with the LA Department of Mental Health to present Why I Rise, a virtual poetry competition. If you’re 13-24 years old, Get Lit encourages you to submit a poem about mental health.

Winners will be selected by a group of diverse, dynamic artists whose work centers around mental health. Submissions are open from April 20th through May 10th, with winners announced May 26th!
