We Knead to Relax: Shaping Baguettes with Bub & Grandma’s + Good Food’s Evan Kleiman
Apr 18 • 9:30 am(All times are in PDT)
In conversation with KCRW Good Food’s Evan Kleiman, bread bakers Bub and Grandma’s will lead a deliciously soothing 30-minute baguette shaping demonstration. Be a fly on the wall or shape your own baguette by using this recipe recommended by Evan!
Bub and Grandma’s is a predominantly wholesale bread bakery supplying restaurants and markets across the expanse of Los Angeles. They make a great variety of deeply considered, long fermented breads filled with freshly milled whole grains and complementary ingredients. Featured at both the Culver City and Hollywood Farmers Markets, they plan to open their first retail sandwich shop and pastry kitchen in Glassell Park in the fall of 2021.
