Beverly Hills, CA: On Sunday, September, 25th 2016 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, the Friends of Greystone will host their Annual Membership Event at Doheny Greystone Estate. Built in 1927 by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Laurence Doheny, Jr., the Doheny Greystone Estate is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and considered to be among California’s most luxurious residences south of Hearst Castle.

The afternoon will be spent learning about the Doheny family’s extraordinary contribution to California history through self-guided tours of the 46,054 square foot Doheny Greystone Mansion and captivating historical photos capturing the Doheny family’s life before and during their years at the Estate. As a Friends of Greystone supporter view restoration projects currently in progress or completed, video on the Greystone Legacy and a stunning aerial video of the Mansion and the Estate grounds. Delicious hors d’oeuvres sponsored by Crustacean of Beverly Hills will be served and beautiful music can be enjoyed in the Mansion’s Grand Living Room.

This event is exclusive and free to all Friends of Greystone members at the Friend, Partners, Supporter ,Benefactor, Patron, and Circle levels. If you would like to attend this private event, and are not currently a member, please join the Friends of Greystone at the membership level of $100.00 or more. Parking is complimentary.
Founded in 2001 and comprised solely of volunteers, the Friends of Greystone is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds to restore, preserve and protect the Doheny Greystone Estate, owned by the City of Beverly Hills and considered to be among California’s most luxurious residences south of Hearst Castle. Included in our goals is to provide educational programs to students, residents of Beverly Hills, and the general public. All funds raised go exclusively to the benefit of the Doheny Greystone Estate.
