Anna David is the New York Times-bestselling author of six books. She’s been published in The New York Times, The LA Times, Time, Playboy and Women’s Health, among many others. She teaches and coaches writers and speaks at colleges across the country.

Scott Nelson has taught yoga for Equinox since 2000.  He is known for his deeply soulful style balanced with a playful sense of humor.  He has also has a number of private clients ranging from corporate executives and international artists to working moms.  He co taught a retreat with Marianne Williamson in Maui in 2012.  Scott is an avid meditation practitioner, yogi and musician and writer.
