
Santa Monica History Museum and Gabrielino~Tongva Springs Foundation Offer Free Admission and Cultural Tour

The Santa Monica History Museum, in partnership with the Gabrielino-Tongva Springs Foundation, invites the public to a free day of cultural exploration on Friday, June 6, celebrating Indigenous heritage and the rich local history of the region.
The day begins at Kuruvungna Village Springs and Cultural Center, where from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Bob Ramirez, President of the Gabrielino-Tongva Springs Foundation, will lead a guided tour of the sacred site. Following the tour, guests will visit the Santa Monica History Museum to explore its current exhibitions, which highlight the diverse and often underrepresented stories of the region.
