Ronnie Laws + Katalyst

Veteran saxophonist Ronnie Laws has released over a dozen albums in his decades spent with Jazz, Funk, R&B, and Soul. His debut album, Pressure Sensitive, released on the famous Blue Note record label in 1975, immediately landing him on the top 100 charts where he planned to stay. Also known as the first saxophonist for Earth, Wind & Fire, Laws has worked with musical legends Stevie Wonder, BB King, Ramsey Lewis, and many more. He is joined by young talents and nine-piece jazz band Katalyst for a performance at the Lodge Room on May 1st, at 7pm.
