Reducing Kitchen Waste – Earth Day 2021

To get ready for Earth Day, join NC Cooperative Extension for Reducing Kitchen Waste, a workshop that will discuss ways to cut down on waste from planning and purchasing to eating and storing. You’ll learn what to do with your kitchen scraps, whether it’s composting them or using them to make a vegetable stock!
