KCRW listeners receive discounted entry for Rare Books LAX, a new antiquarian book, fine print, photography, map and ephemera fair taking place Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6 at a location on Los Angeles’ Westside!

Located a stone’s throw from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the venue is called The Proud Bird, a historic event center with an adjacent award-winning food bazaar, which were both recently renovated. More than 75 exhibitors from all over the world are taking part, representing some of the finest firms selling rare books, and specialists in fine prints, photography, ephemera, and maps.
