Centering media innovation, art, and podcasts, we present intimate talks, performances & exhibitions that uplift the storytellers and brands who are shaping culture today. Since 2018, the On Air festivals in Brooklyn and Los Angeles have brought together thousands of artists, storytellers, and industry leaders to bring forward innovative ideas and launch new projects. We’ve been called the “Coachella of Podcasts” by Fast Company and “the Future of Podcasting” by Wired.

This year, see a lineup that includes some of KCRW’s very own, like Sam Sanders from The Sam Sanders Show, Brian Reed from Question Everything, and MBE‘s Novena Carmel. Plus the likes of Seth Meyers, Taylor Lorenz, Audie Cornish, Justin Vernon, and so many more! See the full lineup here.

Centering our media industry audience and creative community that has been so loyal and engaged with us these last eight years, we’re expanding our programming into new categories and our footprint across Brooklyn/NYC. Plus, we’re inviting you to submit ideas for sessions, performances and new kinds of programming. We’re growing our residency program and will have more opportunities for independent creators to participate and showcase their work.
