Leimert Park Jazz Festival returns, on Saturday August 27 at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall, for a day full of Jazz, community and culture. This free, family-friendly event features a Visual Arts Pavilion, a Community Resource Zone, a Kids’ Zone, Food Truck Zone and Wine Lounge.

The lineup includes Patrice Rushen, Ernie Watts, Marvin “Smitty” Smith and Edwin Livingston, and the emcee is none other than the Jazz Cat himself, KCRW DJ Leroy Downs.
