Free

Summer Nights at the Hammer Museum
STILL WOOZY
NEIL FRANCES
and KCRW DJ Jeremy Sole
Thursday, July 12th
7:30pm

The evening will kick off with KCRW DJ Jeremy Sole, followed by Los Angeles-based electronic duo Neil Frances. Headlining the night is Still Woozy – a producer, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist mixing acoustic sounds with electronic elements. Still Woozy is the solo project of Sven Gamsky who writes, records, and produces from his Oakland, CA garage.

KCRW and the Hammer Museum present three free nights of live music in the Hammer courtyards starting at 7:30 p.m each night. Bring your dancing shoes! The museum’s gallery hours will be extended to 9:00 p.m. so guests can take in Made in L.A. 2018, a major exhibition that takes over the entire museum, showcasing artists from the greater Los Angeles area. Through drawings, paintings, sculpture, textiles, performance, video photography, and installations – many newly commissioned for Made in L.A. 2018 – these 33 artists exemplify the diverse and creative landscape of Los Angeles today.

Getting There
Event parking is available at 11020 Kinross Ave (UCLA Parking Lot 36)  with a flat rate of $5 payable by credit card or cell phone through the Park Mobile App. Enter Lot 36 from Kinross Avenue between Gayley and Veteran Avenues. The Hammer Museum is located one block east.
It’s also easy to reach the Hammer by public transportation. The 20/720 buses and Santa Monica and Culver City Bus Lines all stop within one block of the museum. You can also take the Metro Expo Line to Westwood/Rancho Park and transfer to the northbound 8 bus, which stops just outside the museum.
