HIP-HOP SOUNDS & STORIES: A 50 & Forever Celebration Through the Decades will be open at NTWRK LA, 433 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA on Saturday, August 26th, from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday, August 27th, from 12:00–6:00 PM. All visitors are encouraged to RSVP for entry.

Audible and Amazon Music are celebrating 50 years of hip-hop by taking over NTWRK LA for a listening event unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Attendees will go on an epic journey through each of the last five decades of the genre with Audible Original music storytelling and a soundtrack from Amazon Music. Fans will also be able to experience “Rap Rotation,” Amazon Music’s flagship hip-hop playlist, which spotlights the best hip-hop tracks from rising newcomers and established heavyweights.

On Saturday, August 26, join us for a day of celebrating the evolution of how we’ve enjoyed listening to hip-hop throughout the last 50 years via listening stations and product displays, along with moderated panel discussions and live performances from special guests, as well as sounds by DJ Drama and art by illustrator Glen Infante.

The Sounds & Stories space will also be open all day Sunday, August 27, 12:00–6:00 PM. Panel discussion and performers are only on Saturday, August 26.
