2020 marked the first year in the band’s decade plus history that Future Islands didn’t go on tour. The years since the release of Singles have been transformative for Future Islands, catapulting the Baltimore-based band from cult favorites to synthpop icons. Future Islands has announced Calling Out in Space, their 59-date 2021-2022 World Tour which includes a stop at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre on September 1, with special guest Hinds.
