On March 7, immerse yourself in Healing Sounds, an evening dedicated to the science and art of sound healing. Experience an enlightening conversation in NHM’s new Commons Theater with host Dr. Yewande Pearse and special guest Dr. Aza Allsop, a neuroscientist and psychiatrist specializing in music and mindfulness. Together, they’ll dive into the science of vibrations, cymatics, and entrainment, revealing how sound influences our well-being.
