Bedouine with Steady Holiday

RSVP

The Ford presents Bedouine with Steady Holiday, a free event for essential workers, fans, and community organizations across LA county.

As Bedouine, Azniv Korkejian writes folk songs informed by a nomadic life. Born in Syria to Armenian parents and raised in Saudi Arabia, she’s lived all over the United States in her adulthood. Her music explores the pleasures and difficulties of finding and making a home, whether in the literal or metaphorical sense. Steady Holiday is LA singer-songwriter Dre Babinski, who writes with cinematic scope. Her bittersweet sense of melody is informed by a love of Leonard Cohen and Burt Bacharach, but the stories she tells are all her own.
