Azz Is – Jazz Not Jazz Festival

Just Jazz is partnering with The Nonsemble to present the Azz-Is Jazz Festival. KCRW’s very own LeRoy Downs to host the Just Jazz stage.
The festival is an ode to the once diverse and inclusive history of Venice, CA. The event takes its name and spirit from the original AZZ IZZ, a jazz club and social hub that ran throughout the 1970’s in what was a very different version than the restaurant that now has the old AZZ IZZ address on Abbot Kinney. Shining a light on another part of the historically multi-cultural and artistic side of Venice.
This event is free and perfect for families and jazz cats from all around!
