Rookie Yearbook One is the first print publication edited by Tavi Gevinson, Editor in Chief of Rookie, a website for teenage girls. Rookie Yearbook One collects one-of-a-kind content from the first year of rookiemag.com with articles by Miranda July, Joss Whedon, Zooey Deschanel, Jack Black, and more; interviews with Daniel Clowes, Aubrey Plaza, David Sedaris, Sky Ferreira, and others; gorgeous photo editorials; lush illustrations; and how-tos on zine making and thrifting. Tavi will be in Los Angeles November 9 & 10 to participate in several exciting events including readings from Rookie Yearbook One, book signings, a how to zine-making workshop & a dance party/live music event featuring BEST COAST.
